After a successful career selling new homes for Del Webb's Sun City Hilton Head, I felt that
my training and expertise was a natural segway into the General resale market. I specialize in reselling homes at Sun City Hilton Head and the surrounding Bluffton area including Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

I was born and raised in the Bluffton area, one of the rare local natives of the Lowcountry.  I'm an avid offshore fisherman, scuba diver, boater and golfer.  I attended Clemson University and The University of Utah, graduating with a B.S. degree in Business Management.

My wife Shirley and I, have two daughters.  Our family enjoys taking the boat out, cruising the rivers or hanging out on the sandbar with friends.  Having spent so much time on the water since childhood is how I earned the infamous “River Rat” designation.

I come from a long line of builders and started selling Real Estate in 2003 when I went to work for Del Webb’s Sun City Hilton Head.  With $61,394,819 in real estate closings, I earned Top Performer status in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007, I was recruited to open Del Webb’s newest community, The Haven at New Riverside.  The Haven now has more than 500 homes sold.

As a local, I have intimate knowledge of the Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort and Jasper areas.  I am honest, direct and take great pride in listening to my clients’ needs and helping them find exactly what they want.  You are more than just another client to me.
